Frequently Asked Questions

APPOINTMENT POLICIES

Our appointment policies are necessary to ensure that our patients receive the timely care they deserve.

Plan on arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, or 20 minutes early if it is your first appointment. This will allow for time to check-in and time to complete any necessary paperwork.  If you believe you may be more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, please call our main office to see if we can accommodate you that day. Please know that you may be asked to reschedule your appointment.

Bring copies of your past medical labs and your completed patient history form prior to your initial visit. Patients coming in for their follow-up visit should bring any outside lab work that has occurred since their last visit.

Patients that fail to show up will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled visit to avoid being assessed a cancellation fee. Cancellations that are made less than 48 hours prior to the appointment time will be considered a no-show and will also be charged a $30 cancellation fee. A patient who has two ‘no shows’ will need to make a non-refundable deposit of $90 to schedule an appointment.

Payment is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, check, and all major credit/debit cards.

LABS AND PRESCRIPTIONS

Below are the most common questions we receive about lab tests and prescriptions.

Lab work on blood samples takes 5-7 days to be completed, and saliva lab work takes 2 weeks from the time it is shipped. Unless there is an emergency or a concerning lab result, the labs will be reviewed with you at your next visit. If you would like to receive a copy of your lab work, you will need to contact the office and fill out a medical records release.
